Exceptional

the staff is something else, attentive, polite, always with smile. we came in as a last minute reservation and never felt more welcome as in bubu suite. room is spacious, so is the bathroom and you have a variety of breakfast choices.

I liked clean towels, linens. Food is good for meat-lovers too. Fries is exceptional.

A beautifuly stay in Ubud

It was nice private place. We love the pool and it was very close to center.

We didn’t like so much the food. It was nothing special and unfortunately the chicken burger was a big disappointment as the meat was more from skins than flash.

The pool view and the ambience of the hotel were amazing. Staff was very helpful. They set up the perfect anniversary environment in the room for free on our request

Hospitality of the staff, excellent breakfast and good vibe with surroundings.

Location is bit narrow road, two wheelers can get through it easily but four wheelers bit congested.

Very Good

Fantastic atmosphere with cascading water into the Koi pond with tropical birds singing constantly. Furniture made from exotic woods. Beautiful landscaping. Decent food -- but really weak coffee --. Super attentive staff always available and in view. Get an expresso machine or teach the cook.

The site was far from the main road. There was absolutely nothing nearby. Walking was out of the question. To go shopping or to dinner was a project. I would suggest a courtesy van with scheduled times to Ubud and return. Your food was not that exiting.

Nice rooms, location on 15 min walk to Ubud center, quiet place with nice pool, great variety on breakfast and dinner on affordable prices. Staff was very friendly and attentive at all times.

Exceptional

Gorgeous clean and comfortable rooms that all seemed quite new. Our room opened up onto the pool which was great. The whole place looked just like the pictures, absolutely stunning looking over the pool at breakfast each day. One of our favourite breakfasts of our trip also with great pancakes. Food for lunch was also really good. It’s far enough away from the busy streets that it was super peaceful at night too. It was walking distance for us to the main strip but we often just ordered a grab scooter each, which was super easy.

Love our stay, we felt like family were looking after us. We will be back.

Rooms were clean and always beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The food was excellent and super reasonable. The amenities were a wonderful addition. Cheap mopeds, massages, tours and loads more.

The shower heads were a bit rubbish. The road into the place was broken and a bit rubbish.

Really great place to stay. Located about 15 mins from main ubud centre so great location. Very peaceful and quiet and staff are so kind and attentive. Pool is lovely and rooms are very spacious and as shown in pictures. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again :)

Everything we needed to start our Bali holidays. ️

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They were accomodating when we had early starts for yours making us cute little breakfast packs. They also provided contacts for a great tour guide. The room was huge and kept really clean. Massages in your own room was also a great way to end the day. We will definitely return in the future!

Great accomodation with pool and great breakfast near Ubud center

Awesome staff, probably the nicest we have ever been :) Very nice pool, great free breakfast (you can choose fruit, drink and meal for your breakfast), and big and confy room. The food for lunch or dinner was also great and for reasonable prices, so we recommend eating here :) Also massage in the room was very good and the price same as it is in the city, Try. I recommend our room upstairs, definitely less ants than downstairs. What i would give a plus point, it is an air freshener set for approx. every 30min, so your room is fresh and smell great all the time, i love this kind of details. Also, we got the anti mosquito electric thing which was super useful :) Thank you for the stay :)

The location has a minus point from us, not the hotel itself - you need a scooter in this part of Ubud, the traffic in Ubud is absolutely crazy and it is not very safe to walk on full roads without designated space for walking. There are too many dogs in this part of Ubud, so if you are afraid of them as much as I am, we definitely recommend either calling a Grab car or a scooter to pick you at the hotel. And be ready for a lot of ants in Bali, it is not the fault of this accomodation, the hotel is great. :)

Relaxing stay, friendly staff.

the property is very relaxing. Right next to a river and a jungle. we were often visited by monkeys, and had a constant sound of birds and other animals. the staff keeps this place very clean. The staff is very friendly! We bought some fruit at the market and had it in our room, and were surprised that they came and gave us a fruit bowl while they were cleaning. They even gave us a floating breakfast when they found out it was our honeymoon. 10/10 recommend.
